You warrant that You are a legal entity established in Indonesia or an individual who has reached a minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years, or is already married, and legally possesses the capacity and is entitled to bind yourself to these Terms. Furthermore, if you register for and use the Services for and on behalf of and in the interests of your organization, You warrant that You possess lawful rights and authority, both to register for and/or use the Services. You must provide accurate and complete information and upload the documents required to register for an account. You are prohibited from sharing access credentials or your account with persons outside your organization, and You are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your credentials. You warrant that each person who uses the Services with your credentials is a member of your organization who has been granted lawful authority to do so.

Use of Services. You may access, and We grant You a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use, the Services in accordance with these Terms. You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services. We and Our affiliates own all rights, proprietary rights, and interests in and to the Services.

Feedback. We appreciate feedback, comments, ideas, proposals and suggestions for improvements. If You provide any of these, We may use them without restriction or compensation to You.

Restrictions. You may not: (i) use the Services in a manner that violates, misuses or is contrary to the rights of any person; (ii) use the Services to conduct, promote or encourage illegal activities; (iii) use the Services for any purpose that violates the law; (iv) reverse engineer, reverse compile, decompile, translate, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the models, algorithms, and systems of the Services; (v) transmit, transfer, broadcast, parse, or disassemble any part of or otherwise exploit the Services; (vi) commercially exploit or make available to other parties the Services; (vii) use output from the Services to develop models that compete with Sepersepuluh Pajak; (viii) use any automated or programmed methods to extract data or output from the Services; (ix) intentionally disseminate viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature; (x) represent that output from the Services is generated solely by humans; (xi) purchase, sell, or transfer API keys without Our prior consent; (xii) use and/or unlawfully access the Services to damage, weaken or endanger any aspect of the Services.

Third Party Services. Any third party software, services, or products that You use in connection with the Services are subject to their own terms, and We are not responsible for such third party products.

Your Content. You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output generated and provided by the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively referred to as "Content." As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, You own all Input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sepersepuluh Pajak hereby assigns to You all its right, title, and interest in and to Output.

Similarity of Content. Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique to Users and the Services may generate the same or similar output for Sepersepuluh Pajak or third parties.

Content Storage. We store Content that You provide to or receive from the Services, including documents uploaded to Our Services such as invoices and faktur pajak, in Our Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 storage by default. For commercial (paid) subscriptions, You may optionally elect, as a custom configuration and at additional cost, to have such Content stored in an AWS S3 bucket within your own AWS account. This custom option is not available for free trial accounts; free trial usage is limited to storage within Our default AWS account. Affiliates who cooperate with us in providing the Services may also store API Content securely for up to 30 days solely to identify abuse.

Use of Content to Improve Services. We do not use Content to develop (training models) or improve Our Services.

Accuracy. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We continuously strive to improve Our Services to be more accurate, reliable, safe and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of Our Services in certain situations may result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect actual circumstances or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use, including by using human review of Output.

You will pay all fees charged to your account ("Fees") in accordance with the prices and terms on the applicable pricing page, or as agreed between You and Sepersepuluh Pajak. Unless otherwise stated, Fees do not include any taxes ("Taxes"). You are responsible for all Taxes associated with your purchase. We may change Our prices by announcing notice to your account and/or to Our website. Price increases will be effective 14 days after announcement.

You may be provided access to Confidential Information of Sepersepuluh Pajak, its affiliates, and other third parties. You may use Confidential Information only as necessary to use the Services as permitted under these Terms. You may not disclose Confidential Information to any third party. You must implement reasonable and appropriate measures designed to help secure your access to and use of the Services. If You use the Services to process Personal Data or Data Protected by Confidentiality Obligations, You represent to Us that You have obtained the necessary consent for processing such data.

These Terms apply when You first use the Services and remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason by ceasing use of the Services and Content. We may terminate these Terms for any reason by providing at least 30 days' prior notice. We may terminate these Terms immediately upon notice to You if You materially breach these Terms.

Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Us, Our affiliates, and Our personnel, from and against any claims, losses and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Disclaimer. The Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties in connection with the Services. The Services provided by Sepersepuluh Pajak are not intended as legal services or a substitute therefor. You are advised to seek legal advice from an advocate before taking any action.

Limitation of Liability. Neither We nor Our affiliates or licensors will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved through deliberation (musyawarah), and if unresolved, referred to and finally settled by the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI) in accordance with its applicable rules of procedure.

Force Majeure. The Services may be interrupted by events beyond Our authority or control.

Contact and Notices. Any notice from Sepersepuluh Pajak addressed to You will be announced through the Site and sent via electronic mail. Contact: admin@templarx.io

Amendments. We may amend these Terms from time to time by announcing a revised version on the website.

Entire Agreement. These Terms contain the entire agreement between You and Sepersepuluh Pajak regarding use of the Services.
